What can I do to get my boyfriend to understand how I feel and try to save our relationship?

I have been dating this man for over 2 years. I have found him lying to me and I found out. I asked him about it and he keeps telling me I keep asking him the same questions. How do I go about telling him how I feel and what I need without asking the same questions? I am trying to save the relationship by telling him how I feel and what I need from him. Am I doing the right thing? I need some advice on what to try and what women have done. Please help me if you can.
